Join our Tbilisi team to build practical skills while contributing to high-quality creative work. The opportunity Support an international creative team producing AI-generated vertical drama. You will coordinate schedules, organize production materials and keep daily work moving smoothly between artists, editors and management. Your key responsibilities Maintain task boards, production schedules, asset trackers and daily status updates.Organize scripts, reference images, approvals, revisions and completed deliverables.Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and internal communication.Follow up on deadlines, identify missing information and escalate production issues.Handle administrative tasks accurately and protect confidential client materials. What we look for Strong written and spoken English; Georgian preferred and Russian useful.Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail and time management.Comfortable with Google Sheets, project-management tools and learning AI workflows.Reliable personal computer and availability to work in our Vake office.
