Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs our Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's room service operations. Your key responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day operations of the room service department, including order taking, food preparation, and delivery.Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest service.Training and supervising room service staff, including servers, runners, and order takers.Scheduling staff to meet operational demands.Controlling food costs and minimizing waste.Resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
